Nassau County Receiving $34.1 Million For Massive Road Repair Project

MINEOLA, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- More money is going toward pot hole problems on Long Island.

On Friday, Nassau County announced it will receive $34.1 million for a massive road repair project. The funding is a 31% boost from what the county saw last year.

Money will go to towns and villages, as well.

The repairs will improve conditions and safety for both drivers and pedestrians.
