Some Students In Paterson, N.J. Return To In-Person Instruction

PATERSON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - Some students in the Paterson, New Jersey school district are returning to in-person instruction Tuesday.

Those heading back to class include special education students in grades Pre-K to 12, along with newcomer students at Public School 15, and the new Roberto Clemente school.

It's part of a phased-in reopening that currently covers less than 10% of Paterson's 29,000 student enrollment.
