SEE IT: Police Officer Helps Rescue Stranded Driver Stuck In Ida Flooding

The frightened woman had gotten out of her car but could barely stand in the waist-deep water.

The officer helped the woman secure herself on a guard rail and waited with her for about 20 minutes until firefighters arrived with a boat to rescue them.
