Funeral Held For Nurse Maria Ambrocio, Who Died After A Mugging In Times Square

BAYONNE, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - There was a final goodbye for a nurse from New Jersey who died after a mugging in Times Square.

Family and friends of Maria Ambrocio gathered Monday morning for a funeral Mass at Saint Henry's Catholic Church in Bayonne.

The 58-year-old oncology nurse died earlier this month when police say she was knocked to the ground by 26-year-old Jermaine Foster as he was running away after stealing another person's cell phone.
