Siena College Poll Finds Gov. Kathy Hochul In Lead In Potential Democratic Primary For New York Governor

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Looking ahead to next year's race for New York governor, a new poll finds Gov. Kathy Hochul in the lead in a potential Democratic primary.

In one possible five-way contest, a Siena College poll found Hochul at the top with 31%.

Former governor Andrew Cuomo came in second with 17%, and 14% of those asked chose Attorney General Letitia James.

New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams receives 7% of the vote, and Mayor Bill de Blasio had 6%.
