About 1,000 Full Propane Tanks Found Illegally Stored At Queens Warehouse
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Around 1,000 full propane tanks were being illegally stored at a Queens warehouse.
Fire marshals moved in at the building on Willets Point Boulevard near Citi Field.
Authorities say the tanks were not stored properly in cages.
Firefighters say that, combined with the lack of a fire suppression system, could have caused an explosion.
