Okavango Blue Diamond On Public Display For First Time At American Museum Of Natural History

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- There's a sparkling new exhibit at the American Museum of Natural History.

The Okavango blue diamond went on public exhibition for the first time Tuesday.

The fancy deep blue diamond is in an oval brilliant cut and weighs just over 20 carats.

It's the center piece of a display featuring diamonds from Botswana.
