What better way to celebrate National Lobster Day than by eating lots of lobster? There are lobster roll trucks, but if you want to go upscale, check out The Water Club on the East River in Kips Bay. They’ll de-shell your lobster for you tableside (photo), but even better: the classic lobster thermidor has made a reappearance on their menu.
