Report Says New Jersey Has The Country's Worst Roads, New York Almost As BadAccording to the annual highway report, released by the Reason Foundation, New Jersey has the worst urban traffic congestion in the U.S.
Study: New Jersey Roads, Bridges Not As Bad As AssumedThe Reason Foundation found that the percentage of bridges across the country deemed deficient dropped from about 38 percent to about 24 percent nationally. In the Garden State, the percentage fell slightly, from 28.5 percent to 27.4 percent.
