Each diner can also enjoy wine pairings with their meal along with a wide selection of items including delicious starters like Crudo di Dentice (red snapper crudo with garlic crema, crispy shallots, and trout roe) and Torchon (foie gras au naturel with granny smith apples, hazelnuts, and poney). Entrée choices include everything from duck hash and pollo arrosto to spaghetti carbonara and smoked salmon Benedict. Finally, celebrate your mom with a decadent dessert course like Crostata di Cioccolato or Tartaletta with lemon curd, white chocolate, and lavender.
