Shower your mom with love at a special Mother's Day floral arranging class and 3-course lunch at Ai Fiori inside Langham Place. The folks from L'Atelier Rouge will show you how to create beautiful bouquets that you can flourish at home. All you have to do is pick a class time (11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., or 2 p.m.) and choose whether you'd like to eat before or after it. Each diner can also enjoy wine pairings with their meal along with a wide selection of items including delicious starters like Crudo di Dentice (red snapper crudo with garlic crema, crispy shallots, and trout roe) and Torchon (foie gras au naturel with granny smith apples, hazelnuts, and poney). Entrée choices include everything from duck hash and pollo arrosto to spaghetti carbonara and smoked salmon Benedict. Finally, celebrate your mom with a decadent dessert course like Crostata di Cioccolato or Tartaletta with lemon curd, white chocolate, and lavender. It'll certainly be a day to remember with a nice floral bouquet as a souvenir. Tickets are $200 and available on Ai Fiori's website. All proceeds will be going to Lolly's Locks.
