Dining out usually leads to cheating on your low-carb or reduced fat diet. These NYC restaurants and food trucks are offering delicious meals for under 600 calories a serving. By Sarah Shaker.

Siro's Restaurant in Midtown recently launched 'Joy Bauer's Healthy Menu,' including well-balanced meals, all for under 600 calories. Known for her healthy tips and tricks on The Today Show, Joy's new menu at Siro's offers healthy options for those dining out, who don't want to worry about their waistline. The Roasted Butternut Squash Bruschetta Trio is a standout plate, perfect for sharing. A grilled whole wheat crostini is topped with red onion, fresh sage, whipped skim milk ricotta and roasted butternut squash then finished with E.V.O.O. for only 315 calories! Other dishes include a 580 calorie Grilled Chicken Parmesan and Pat LaFrieda 2oz '90/10' Grilled Turkey Burger Trio for 530 calories.

From his Organic Whole Wheat Lasagne Bolognese to satisfy your Italian food cravings at only 306 calories to an Asian inspired Faux Fried General Tsao's Chicken at 310 calories, there are a wide variety of low calorie meals, snacks and desserts on this healthy food truck to enjoy each day.
