Comedian Lyssa Mandel can’t wait to hear all about your adolescence. Tonight, during her show The Bitch Seat, storytellers will share their journal entries, poetry, original songs, and art from that oh so awkward time of their lives. Tonight, actress Shannon Wilson will discuss her epic crushes from growing up, improviser Abbie Harper will go into her figure skater obsession, and comedian Evan Jones will share an original song from his defunct MySpace page. Tickets are $10 and show starts at 9 p.m.
MoMA Nights with Au Revoir Simone
MoMA Nights Music Series kicks off tonight with a live performance by dream-pop trio Au Revoir Simone. Sit outside in the Sculpture Garden and listen to Erika Forster Heather D’Angelo, and Annie Hart show off their vocal and musical skills. There will also be seasonal snacks and cocktails available for purchase so make sure to get there early to snag your seat. Event begins at 5:30 p.m. (concert at 6:30 p.m.) and regular museum admission applies.
Park Slope Bingo Club
Join Dick and Perry for some hot bingo action tonight at Union Hall. They’ll be giving away drinks, show tickets, and cold hard cash to the lucky winners. Don’t want to play just one round? That’s even better because games go from 8 p.m. – 11 p.m. so feel free to play multiple times with your $5 Bingo pack.
It’s the first Thursday of the month and that means it’s Simpsons trivia night at Berry Park in Brooklyn. Play three rounds while watching three classic episodes of the beloved animated sitcom on the big screen. Questions will only pertain to the 90’s episodes of the show so make sure to stake out your spot if you think you’ve got what it takes to win. There are prizes to be won! The games begin at 7:30 p.m. and entry is $10 per team (up to 6 players), $5 to play solo.

Wind down after a long day with a free 50-minute Om Factory yoga class in Union Square Park. Practice or learn Vinyasa with a professional instructor and find out how to flow through sequences of synchronized breathing in order to warm the body and move deeper into postures. Whether you’re just starting out or you just want to come show off your yoga moves, it’s a great way to unwind in the middle of the city. Class begins at 7 p.m.
