So the holidays are over. Helllllo winter blues. New York's new chocolate studio is the hottest new DIY shop, where you can purchase some of the most delicious sweets this city has to offer and create them yourself.

That's right, until 9pm Sunday through Thursday, 10pm Fridays and 11pm Saturdays, you can choose your favorite ingredients (think dried fruit, hazelnuts, pistachios and Pop Rocks!) and learn how to make your own tasty treats from top chocolatiers like Christophe Toury and Dennis Teets.
After a lesson on how to create your chocolate bars or truffles, you'll be left to work on your own so you can be as schmoopie as you'd like without a third wheel blocking anything...

And it gets even better! Depending on the choice of chocolate you create, these lessons only cost between $35 and $79 per person.
