Family of Four Found Dead In Cabin After ‘Significant Failure’ Of Heating System
A mom, dad and their two young children were found dead in a Arizona cabin after officials say there was a “significant failure” in the heating system. Authorities arrived at the home on a welfare check request from a friend of the family to discover a strong odor of gas and the bodies of the Capitano family. An investigation found significant failure in the heating system consistent with carbon monoxide overcoming the residence.
