NEW YORK (CBS 2) — Violence at the end of a mostly peaceful Dominican Day Parade sends a pregnant teenager to the hospital.
As the parade was winding down around 4 p.m., a fight broke out nearby on 47th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.
The 16- year-old victim was stabbed in the back of the head. She’s in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital.
Witnesses said police arrested several men who’d been involved in the fight.
