Arraignment Set For Man Who Allegedly Lured Child

NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- A Deer Park man was due to be arraigned Wednesday on charges of luring a child.

Peter Grube, 29, allegedly drove up to a 14-year-old boy in East Islip and propositioned the teen.

Suffolk County police said the boy's guardian happened to be driving by, noticed something was wrong and wrote down Grube's license plate.

Grube sped off but was arrested a short time later.

He was also charged with illegal possession of prescription drugs.
