Man, Woman Found Dead After SUV Rolls Into NY Lake

TUXEDO, N.Y. (CBS 2) -- A man and woman are dead after their SUV crashed into a lake at a state park north of New York City.

It happened around 8 a.m. Wednesday at Lake Tiorati in Harriman State Park.

Park police say the Chevy Blazer went off the road on Seven Lakes Drive and sank into the lake, which was about 12 feet deep. Emergency crews responded, and the bodies of the victims and the vehicle were removed from the lake.

The names of the victims and other details were not immediately available.
