Eye On New York: Ground Zero Mosque

NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- In this week's edition of Eye On New York, we take a closer look at the Cordoba Initiative, also known as Park 51, and their controversial plans to build a mosque just blocks from Ground Zero.

CBS 2's Don Dahler was joined by two men who lost loved ones in the September 11, 2001 attacks at the World Trade Center: Former FDNY Deputy Chief Jim Riches, who lost his firefighter son and is against the building of the mosque; and physicist Robert Nelson, a member of the September 11 Families For Peaceful Tomorrows, who lost his brother in the attacks and believes that the mosque should be built.

Both men debate their sides to the controversy.
