To nobody’s surprise, the Mets cleaned house on Monday – letting go both Jerry Manuel and Omar Minaya. Minaya briefly met the media, and as a pure class act, said all the right things. Now the search is on for a new GM and manager. Who do you want to see in there?

The Yankees announced they will go with a 3-man rotation for the ALDS. That means everyone’s favorite A.J. Burnett is on the outside looking in.
