N.Y. Brothers Who Sold Heroin Sentenced

BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) — Two New York brothers who acknowledged their parts in a fatal heroin overdose are going to prison for it.

Twenty-nine-year-old Jordan Dougher and 31-year-old Jesse Dougher, of Hudson Falls, N.Y., were sentenced Friday in Vermont federal court to 16 years and 12 years in prison, respectively.

They previously pleaded guilty to selling large quantities of heroin from a ring that operated in Glens Falls, N.Y., and Burlington, Vt.

The two sold the heroin that killed University of Vermont student Will Gates, of Skowhegan, Maine, who died of an overdose in March 2009.

What moron writes things like “It’s an addictive version of heroin”? As opposed to what? The regular non-addictive heroin?

They should have sold drugs in Florida where fat hypocritical conservative talk show hosts can break all the drug laws they want, and still stay on the radio spouting lies about liberals. Don’t like to think to deeply about things do you Manny. Sort hurts the pea sized thing in your head you call a brain. Thanks,

They should have sold drugs in California or New York where the liberal democrats want to make entry level drugs legal and eventually all drugs legal…
