Something wrong with this story apart from a 12 year old being out so late. I’m not sure if this was an accident maybe they have problems with his parents. I mean who were they trying to shoot?!?!

JACK..of ALL trades…perhaps since the dopey whites are moving in perhaps it will heighten the property value and add some beautification to the gardens since they are in the “ghetto”.

  • Jack kennedy

My 15 year old is not allowed out after 10 pm unless I’m with him. and this is the neighborhood all those dopey whites are moving into after the sham real estate agents call it “Clinton Hills or some other assinine name with a “garden” or “heights” in it. It’s the heart of the ghetto there. Where was the 12 year old ‘s gun?

  • sheebz

yes he should have been inside, but i dont blame him at all i blame the cowboys of the wild wild west, when willl this violence cease. smdh

  • alice

what the hell was he doing outside at that time he should have been sleeping and not in the street lol,

  • Dark Angel

responsibility parenthood is not for everyone Jesus what kind of parents let their kids be out side that late the cops should charge every one including the parents for being so irresposible

  • Gladys

sorry for that. I guess it was only by bad luck that it happened. I hope the boy will recover well and soon.

Wrong place ..Wrong time..Perfect example of the “streets raising your children”,where was Mom or DAD for that matter ? They should be charged with endangering the welfare of their child.

  • paul

the child shold be asleep at that time of morning his pearents should get a visit from the police
to find out why he was out at that time and think about prosocuting her for neglect

    • j.moore

I love how you went from ” his parents” to “HER”.

  • Sal

When I read a story like this, the first thing I look for is the time it happened.
A 12 year old boy should be in bed no later than 10pm.
No excuses unless he was with relatives but the boy was walking with friends.
    Charge the parents with neglect.

    • Isis

Charge the city for not applying the curfew

      • Truthful Tony

So if he was 18 or if it was 4 pm and he was coming home from school it would be a tragedy but since he’s 12 he deserves it, it’s ok, it’s justified, simply because it was at midnight. How dumb does that sound? Charge the cops with neglect they were only 1 block away yet they had no idea there was a shooting.
