NYPD Seeks Suspect Who Stole From Elderly Woman

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The police is looking for a robbery suspect who allegedly stole money from an elderly woman in Washington Heights.

Police say the man in the video is suspected of following an 85-year-old woman into her residence and demanding money from her. The suspect took an undetermined amount of money from the victim and left. The incident took place on Saturday, October 30th at approximately 11:30 a.m.

The suspect is described as a black male, 30-40 years old, 5’10”-6’00”, 180-210 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, gray sweatshirt, and blue jeans with a dark hat

The victim did not sustain any injuries from the incident.
