Browns' McCoy In Line For Start Vs. Jets

BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Browns rookie quarterback Colt McCoy is getting the majority of snaps at practice and is likely to start Sunday against the New York Jets.

For the second straight day, Cleveland coach Eric Mangini would not name McCoy his starter but said the third-round pick, who is 2-1 in his first three NFL starts, "would get the bulk of the reps" as the Browns began preparing to face the Jets.

Quarterback Seneca Wallace practiced for the first time since suffering a high ankle sprain Oct. 10 against Atlanta. Mangini said Wallace would only be able to participate in 25 percent of the workout.

Mangini said there has been no discussion of placing QB Jake Delhomme on injured reserve. He injured his ankle in the opener and then re-injured himself against the Falcons.
