On the Knicks' recent play:
"When you get to the end of the game, this team just doesn't know how to win. We're not at that stage yet," Walsh said. "If you play fast, the scores usually are going to be higher... we've got to score when it counts."
"I never worry about how many points we're giving up. I worry about the differential."
On Isiah Thomas' recent comments about the Knicks and Walsh:
"He's talking right now, and he has his own reasons for talking," Walsh said. "It doesn't do me any good to figure out why Isiah's saying what he's saying."
On LeBron James and the Miami Heat:
"They have three great players, but you have to have a full team... they're missing positions."
