Police Looking For Suspect Wanted In 2 Armed Robberies
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police in Brooklyn are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with two armed robberies that took place in early December.
On December 4, authorities said the 20-year-old male suspect threatened a man with a silver gun in the lobby of a building on Graham Ave. in Williamsburg. The suspect demanded money and got away with an unknown amount of cash and a cell phone.
Police said the next day, the suspect was getting out of a livery cab in Brownsville and threatened the driver with a gun before fleeing with cash and another cell phone. It happened at the intersection of Pitkin Ave. and Christopher Ave.
Authorities described the suspect as 5'10'' with a medium build. Police also noted the suspect's gun featured a pearl handle.
