It’s that time again folks: A New Year. And for many of us, that means new beginnings and resolutions.

Yes, New Year’s Resolutions. The time of year that so many of us make promises to ourselves to make positive changes in our lives.

Do any of these sound familiar?

This year I will:

Lose weight

Make More Money

Spend Less Money

Eat Better

Stress Less

Exercise More

Complain Less

Quit Smoking

Quit Drinking

Spend more time with family, friends

Get Married, Engaged, Divorced.

    My resolution is to eat more unhealthy food, drink more sugary drinks, watch more reality television, exercise less, and spend more money on items that I do not need.
