Many Subway Lines Face Service Changes This Weekend
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- Major weekend subway disruptions returned Saturday.
Out of 19 subway lines, 16 were impacted by service changes.
MTA officials said crews were doing track and signal work part of an $11 billion upgrade plan.
