After the Jets’ TKO blow to the gut of New England, Craig has no hesitation declaring Rex Ryan at the top of the heap in NYC. According to Craigie, Rex is now the single best coach/manager in the Tri-State Area. Do you agree?

Speaking of the Jets, what a difference a week makes. Last Tuesday, we were already mired in the muck of New York-New England trash talk. This week, everything seems nicey-nice so far heading into Sunday’s matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Antrel Rolle of the football Giants made some waves on Monday night, telling WQAM’s Sid Rosenberg that head coach Tom Coughlin is “too uptight.” He also insinuated that the Giants are a better team than the still-in-the-hunt Jets. What do you think?

I was expecting a little more buzz around the hit that Lowery stuck on Welker late in the 4Q considering Welker’s footsie comments during the week, Bart Scott’s comments that Welker was a target, and Bill B’s decision to bench him for the start of the game.

I though that was a fitting end to a nice little subplot, and unless I’ve missed it, it didn’t get any mention.

    Your thoughts?
