WCBS 880's Levon Putney reports
"These guys seemed experienced," Detective Jeremy Berry told WCBS 880 reporter Levon Putney.
Three men wearing hoods and masks wasted no time, smashing into a Raceway gas station convenience store at Ernston Road and Bordentown Avenue in Sayreville, police said.
Berry said the suspects either use their SUV or a crow to forcibly remove the ATM from the cement floor. The suspects also took money from the registers.
"The full tilt, cash tilt," said Berry.
Detectives were using surveillance video to hopefully catch the quick working thieves, who were in a light-colored SUV.
