BRONX (CBSNewYork) – They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend. But this Valentine’s Day, you can get your girlfriend a new best friend.
An exhibit at the Bronx Zoo is filled with thousands of nameless cockroaches, and for a small price, you can have one named after a loved one.

The $10 price tag benefits the Wildlife Conservation Society, and gets the recipient an e-card with the name announcement. Check out a preview of the exhibit in the video below.
“Nothing says forever like a cockroach,” said Jim Breheny, Senior VP for Living Institutions and Director of the Bronx Zoo. “They are resourceful, resilient, and have been around for hundreds of millions of years.”
