Tina Fitzpatrick, 32, of Islip, was driving her 2010 Hyundai on 47th Street in Islip just before midnight when she struck a pole just east of Commack Road.

Leandra’s Law is class D felony if no death or serious injury is involved, punishable by a prison term of up to 4 years and a fine of $1000 to $5000. This woman deserves to be hit with the maximum for this. DWI with a 4 mos old child in the car ?? Is she for real??
