STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) – Two girls and a boy were arrested Wednesday for allegedly roughing up a pizza delivery man and stealing his pies in a school parking lot.

According to the Staten Island Advance, the suspects range in age from 11-13. Their names weren’t released due to their age.

The incident took place at the Dreyfus Intermediate School.

According to the report, the tween trio and two accomplices attacked the delivery man as their fellow students were inside getting some after-school help at around 3:50 p.m. Wednesday. Teachers had ordered pizza and soda for those students.

The suspects allegedly approached the 21-year-old delivery man and demanded his pies, soda, and cash. They reportedly pummeled him, grabbed the food and drink and ran off.

The two accomplices are still at large.

The delivery man did not suffer any serious injuries.

Dreyfus Intermediate School principal Linda Hill reportedly has met with the parents of the three suspects. The trio face disciplinary action.
