Police Issue Silver Alert For Missing Long Island Teen

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Long Island girl who suffers from Autism.

The Suffolk County Police Department is looking for 15-year-old Alexa G. Ramirez, who was last seen at 6:30 p.m. on March 19 in front of 25 Farm Road in St. James.

Ramirez is 5-feet-5-inches, 180 pounds with brown eyes and shoulder-length dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black jeans and grey sneakers.

Anyone with information about the 11th-grade student from Smithtown East High School is asked to contact the Fugitive/Missing Person Section at 631-852-6040.

    I called the Missing Person Section and they said she was found and OK, as far as they know. Thanks for posting in the first place! You were the only media outlet that did.
