B&C Morning Show: Mets Get Off To A Bad Start On SNY
Friday night, following the Mets' Opening Night loss to the Marlins, someone over at SNY (TV home of the Mets) played part of a clip from the TV show "Family Guy" that insinuated the Mets may be in for a long season. The audio was cut off before what could be considered the offensive portion of the clip was heard, but nonetheless some were offended.
Boomer & Craig were in agreement that the clip was not played accidentally, which has been reported, but they were on opposite ends of the spectrum as far as what should happen to the person responsible for it making the airwaves.
Craig thought it was both amusing and timely, considering the low expectations for the Mets and the fact they were no-hit for 6 innings. Boomer on the other hand thinks someone should lose their job over it...
