Weekend Movie Wrap: Arthur, Hanna, Your Highness

NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- Movie goers have some unusual options this weekend. You can choose between characters ranging from child-like love-struck billionaires to teen assassins, Katie McGee reports.

This weekend's films find a former Oscar host on a Medieval quest, two teen girls battling against the odds, and a brand new cast lost between the moon and New York City.

In "Arthur," based on the 1981 film, Russell Brand is the title character who, once again, is a rather care-free billionaire who's gotten by on his questionable charm.

Along for the ride is Hobson, played by Oscar-winner Helen Mirren, and the saucy Susan, Jennifer Garner.

When Arthur's mum offers an ultimatum, our modern-day Peter Pan may finally have to grow up.

Also in theaters is "Hanna."

Saoirse Ronan is the teen who's been raised and kept hidden by her father, a former CIA operative played by Eric Bana. And she's more than capable on her own, even up against her biggest foe, the mysterious Marissa, Cate Blanchett.

Then there's the comedy "Your Highness." With Danny McBride and James Franco as Thaddeus and Fabious, brothers who embark on a quest when Fabious' fiance is kidnapped by the evil Leezar.

"Soul Surfer" is based on the true story of the young girl played by Annasophia Robb who lost her arm in a shark attack, only to come back better than before.

It also stars Dennis Quaid and Helen Hunt as Bethany's parents, and Jack's daughter Lorraine Nicholson as her best friend.
