B&C Morning Show: Boomer Furious Over Thawed Ovechkin Jersey
With Boomer preparing himself to turn 50 this Sunday, Craig presented him with another birthday gift this morning. Today it was some fresh gooseberries, which the birthday boy really seemed to enjoy.
Boomer's mood was quickly altered though when he learned that his frozen Alex Ovechkin jersey was, well, no longer frozen. Turns out the cooler Boomer was using to keep the Capitals superstar's jersey on ice had been moved and was left open. Therefore the jersey had been thawed.
Boomer was furious, especially after Ovechkin contributed a goal in the Caps' 2-1 overtime win over the Rangers. He called in the boss, Mark Chernoff, to get some answers...
