B&C Morning Show: One-Man Show Not Enough
Carmelo Anthony had one of the greatest games in Knicks history only to have his team come up short in Game 2 against the Celtics in Boston. If you watched the game it's really tough to argue with Craigie's assessment. With Chauncey Billups in street clothes and Amar'e Stoudemire retiring to the locker room early due to back spasms, Anthony was called upon to pick-up the slack and oh boy did he ever.
But despite Melo's 42 point, 17 rebound, 6 assist, breathtaking performance -- Boomer called it second to none-- the Knickerbockers will be "Coming Home" trailing the Celtics 2 games to none. Game 3 is Friday night at MSG and "The World's Most Famous Arena" is sure to be rockin'.
