B&C Morning Show: Jerry's Update Is A 'Gift From God'
Craig really got a kick out of St. Johns recruit God's Gift Achiuwa and prior to Jerry's update he imagined how a Steve Lavin huddle might go with God's presence.
Jerry "Rello" Recco, who has a bit of a "God Complex," got his first update started by letting the guys hear the smattering of boos NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was subject to last night at Radio City Music Hall, the site of the NFL Draft.
We also listened to the reaction from both Giants and Jets fans after their team's draft picks. Giants fans seemed pleased with the selection of cornerback Prince Amukamra out of Nebraska with the 19th pick, and Jets fans offered a rather warm welcome for their pick at #30, Muhammad Wilkerson.
These days you can't talk about football with out bringing up the ongoing dispute between the owners and the players over how to share a whole lotta money, as we hear that today the NFL is "back open for business" -- but now the question becomes: For how long?
