Now probably isn’t the best time for the Yankees to see the Red Sox and for the Red Sox to see the Yankees. The two teams meet for a three-game series this weekend at Yankee Stadium with both struggling of late.
The Yankees enter the season with a four-game lead over the Red Sox, but have lost two in a row and are just 8-9 in their last 17 games. The Red Sox come to New York at 17-20 after dropping both games in a two-game series in Toronto, and are still looking to reach .500 for the first time this season.
