Tony's Table: Chicken Francese

CBS 2's Tony Tantillo shows you how to make this delightful, melt-in-your-mouth, lemony chicken dish.

Chicken Francese

2 chicken breasts

½ cup flour

2 lemons

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

½ lb. spaghetti

3 eggs

Heat olive oil on high in pan.  Beat eggs.  Pound the chicken.  Dip chicken in eggs and then dip in flour.  Slice lemons and add slices to pan.  Brown lemons on both sides and remove from pan.

Add chicken to pan and brown on both sides.  Remove chicken from pan and place on cookie sheet.  Place chicken in oven and cook 15-20 at 375 degrees.  While chicken is cooking, boil spaghetti for 8-10 minutes.  Remove chicken and place on a plate with spaghetti.

Salt and pepper to taste.

(NOTE: Prep times can vary by equipment. Be sure to check that meat is fully cooked.)
