A worker next door says it's not unusual for Mignone to have been working that late. "Chris comes back and forth all over the place, he's always in and out," he said.

Police say the shooting may have been caught on tape. There are cameras all over the property and signs warning of surveillance.

Workers say Mignone was married with three children and a respected business owner in the area.

The investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
