Weekend Movie Wrap: Pirates Of The Caribbean On Stranger Tides, Midnight In Paris

NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- May signals the start of the summer blockbuster movie season, and this weekend we'll see the opening of the latest sequel in one of the most successful blockbusters of all time, Katie McGee reports.

Johnny Depp returns as Captain Jack Sparrow in "Pirates Of The Caribbean:  On Stranger Tides." This time, the saucy Sparrow is on a quest for the Fountain of Youth.

Also along for the ride are Penelope Cruz, as the mysterious Angelica, and Geoffrey Rush, as Captain Barbosa.

As one of many obstacles in Jack's way is Blackbeard, played by Ian McShane.

Out in limited release this weekend is "Midnight In Paris."

Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams lead an all-star cast in Woody Allen's latest. Wilson is Gil, a screenwriter who longs to be a novelist. And he gets a taste of what life may have been like when he travels back to a different era: the 1920s.

Expanding in theaters also is "The Beaver," starring Mel Gibson and Jodie Foster.
