Boomer & Craig were very excited to welcome boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard into the Allstate Studio this morning to talk a little boxing — among other things.
Leonard was in town promoting his new book, “The Big Fight: My Life In and Out Of the Ring.” And promote it he did.
The guys asked the former World Champion, who posted a career record of 36-3-1, about his experience on “Dancing with the Stars” where he was partnered up with Anna Trebunskaya (Hellooo!!!). The duo was voted off after week 4.
The guys also talked with Leonard about his epic fights with Roberto Duran and his relationship with Muhammad Ali, who he considers to be a dear friend.
Leonard also talked openly about his cocaine use and being sexually abused when he was a young man…
