EAST ISLIP, N.Y. (CBSNewYork/AP) — Police say a Long Island teenager died after he lost control of his go-kart and crashed into a parked car near his home Sunday afternoon.

Joseph Mastrangelo, 18, was driving the go-kart on Pauchogue Avenue south of Montauk Highway in East Islip when he struck the rear of a parked 1993 Dodge Intrepid around 4:40 p.m.

I’m sure this wasn’t the first time he rode it and either the public and his neighbors ignored it or the police didn’t take it seriously. It should have been confiscated immediately.
His parents God help them must feel terribly for allowing it.
In too many cases such as these innocent people are injured too

SAD STORY. AS A PARENT, I NEVER ALLOWED MY KIDS TO RIDE MOTOR BIKES AND GO CARTS.
