Owner Of Plainfield Grocery Store Killed In Shooting
PLAINFIELD, NJ (CBS 2) -- Police in New Jersey are investigating a shooting at a family owned grocery store in Plainfield.
Investigators say the incident occurred at the Leaty grocery store on East 6th Street just after 4pm Saturday. Two people suffered gunshot wounds, the owner Eduardo Leaty and an unnamed store employee.
Leaty died at a local hospital. The worker is expected to survive.
