Living Large: Take A Tour Of A Multi-Million Dollar SoHo Loft

NEW YORK (CBS 2) — It’s all about “Living Large” in SoHo.

CBS 2’s Emily Smith took a tour inside a $4 million loft that has the best of Downtown right at your doorstep.

Soaring ceilings give the residence the quintessential loft feel. Original cast iron columns from the 1800s and exposed brick walls add to the appeal.

But what makes you walk in and say ‘wow’ are the three huge almost floor-to-ceiling and sound-proof windows facing Broadway.

The mezzanine level features the master bedroom overlooking the living room. A king-size bed fits right into the space. Off the master is a spa bathroom with a five-person jacuzzi.

The dining area is set up for family dinners, but with nearly 4,000 square feet on the first floor, there’s easily room for two hundred people.
