B&C Morning Show: Yankees' CC Fires Blanks And Suzyn Waldman Does What She Does
Jerry "Rello" Recco was also getting back in the swing of things on Monday after spending last week in sunny Florida with his lovely family.
Jerry began his first update talking about the Yankees' horse - CC Sabathia - firing blanks in his final start before the All-Star break yesterday afternoon and how that led to a 1-0 victory for the Bombers. The win was Sabathia's 13th of the season, good enough to earn him an invite (albeit late) to the Mid-Summer Classic, which he declined - opting rather to vacation with his family.
We also got to hear some post game audio from Robinson Cano, who spoke with WCBS's 880 Suzyn Waldman on-field following the game. The exchange baffled Craig and in his baffled state, he channeled his "inner Suzyn"...
