B&C Morning Show: NFL Lockout - Round And Round We Go
After the countless rumblings that the NFL lockout would be over by the weekend and players would be reporting to camp soon afterward, this morning Boomer & Craig opened the Friday edition of "The Extravaganza" talking about the ongoing negotiations that have been dragging since March.
The owners voted yesterday and approved the new collective bargaining agreement (CBA), while the players have elected to mull over the 200-page document before signing off on anything. Which brings us to where we are today, still without football.
Boomer talked about the internal discussions going on and said when supplemental revenue sharing was added to the mix, that is when progress was halted.
So round and round we go - here's hoping this thing gets solved sooner than later - but until then we'll get the scoop from Boomer & Craig...
