dear richard Allen, you are 100% right, the parents should be charge with neglect and made pay the price with time in jail

  2. Kimi Wei says:

It seems the driver was traveling only 10 mph. The uncle lives in the household with the mother and shared care of little Andrew, whom he loved tremendously. At the park, Andrew broke away from his uncle, ran towards the street and out into it, and died.

This is only a tragic accident. There is no blame to place anywhere.

My son was Andrew’s uncle. I’ve posted more info at http://motherfactor.com/our-time-here-is-precious-and-now-gone-for-little-andrew-adios-andrewcito/

.STILL THE UNCLE HAS TO USE HIS SENSES AND IF HE KNEW THAT HE WAS GOIHG TO CROSS THE STREET OR EVEN WALKING TO CROSS THE STREET HE HAS TO THINK AND NOT LET GO OF THE CHILD..NO MATTER WHAT..

this is a really sad incident and could have been prevented uno kids love to tag behind adults so his guardian should have been watching him and this would have never happened and you have to watch them very closely you know that my heartfelt condolences go out to his family .

Because people in NYC drive with no regard to the law or pedestrians. I bet the driver was driving so fast that he couldn’t stop at the last moment. When you drive, you are supposed to drive on the defensive…not necessarily how fast you can speed to the red light. I’m sure the driver is at fault to a high degree. You can’t sit there and say the driver is completely innocent…utter nonsense!

    1. DanTe says:

I understand your anguish EDY. After all, you KNOW for a fact that all your spawns are stupid enough to just run out into the middle of the streets. So instead of stop spawning like roaches, it just feels better to blame everybody else. That is what you folks are good at: blaming others.

  6. richard Allen says:

WHY DO ALWAYS ASSUME THE DRIVER IS AT FAULT?????????

The headline should read 2 Year old runs in front of a Van and dies..Parents charged with Neglect.

See a much more accurate account .
