Pasta with Pesto:
1/2 c. Olive Oil
½ lb. Large Pasta Shells
2 Italian Sausage Links
8 oz. Basil (leaves only)
10 Cloves Toasted Garlic
In a blender, mix basil, ¼ cup olive oil and garlic. Blend 2 to 3 minutes and set aside.
Cook sausage in pan until brown.
Boil pasta shells in water. Drain and place pasta in a bowl. Add pesto to the pasta and top with Parmesan cheese. Add cooked sausage if desired.
